As of December 23, 2024, early childhood educators who live and work in the state of Texas can complete up to 6 clock hours (3 courses) of free online childcare training in this category. Free enrollment in the three Outdoor and Nature Play courses is 100 percent funded with federal Child Care and Development Funds from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, as part of a $8,000,000 grant from the Texas Workforce Commission.
