Texas A&M AgriLife Extension offers a variety of online child care training courses designed for providers in Colorado. These courses help meet ongoing professional development requirements and support the health, safety, and developmental needs of children.
Our courses provide research-based content and practical strategies for early childhood educators in various settings, including child care centers, Head Start programs, home care programs, and public schools. We offer online, asynchronous courses to support teachers, directors, administrators, and families.
All staff in Colorado are required to obtain a minimum of 15 clock hours annually, with at least 3 hours in Social and Emotional Development.

CDA Training Courses
Texas A&M AgriLife Extension offers coursework to assist in meeting the 120 hours of training required for CDA certification, following the guidelines set by the Council for Professional Recognition. These courses are available as a bundle or may be taken individually to meet specific training needs.
