Texas A&M AgriLife Extension offers a wide range of online child care training courses with certificates for providers in Nebraska looking to complete mandatory training requirements. The courses are designed for child care providers, as well as to meet the health, safety, and developmental needs of children.

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension is an approved Nebraska state training organization. We have courses that align with the 13 training topics that may be used to meet the annual training as outlined by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.

Upon completion of the course modules, pre- and post- assessments, and activities, you will receive a certificate that can be used for attendance verification and training completion in Nebraska.

Nebraska CDA Training Courses

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension offers course work that will assist you in meeting the 120 hours of training required to obtain your CDA certification and the guidelines outlined by the Council for Professional Recognition. These courses are offered as a bundle or may be taken individually to meet specific training needs.

Promoting Early Education Quality (PEEQ) is a program of Texas A&M AgriLife Extension dedicated to encouraging the adoption of research- and evidence-based practices in all levels of the early education field. Established in 2004, the program supports early childhood educators by providing professional development training. Our courses provide research-based content and best-practice, practical strategies for early childhood educators in various settings, such as child care centers, Head Start programs, home care programs, and public schools. We offer online, asynchronous courses that support teachers, directors, administrators, and families.
