Texas A&M AgriLife Extension offers a variety of online child care training courses for providers in South Dakota to meet annual training requirements. Our courses translate into “clock hours” and many of them align with the recommended training categories as specified by the Pathways to Professional Development Career Lattice.
Our courses provide research-based content and practical strategies for early childhood educators in various settings, including child care centers, Head Start programs, home care programs, and public schools. We offer online, asynchronous courses to support teachers, directors, administrators, and families.
Upon completing course modules, activities, and pre- and post-assessments, you will receive a certificate that signifies your completion and verifies your attendance.

South Dakota CDA Training Courses
Texas A&M AgriLife Extension offers coursework to assist in meeting the 120 hours of training required for CDA certification, following the guidelines set by the Council for Professional Recognition. These courses are available as a bundle or may be taken individually to meet specific training needs.
