"The earlier children are taught to eat the right foods, to exercise and take care of their bodies the more it becomes a lifestyle. Hopefully this will carry into adulthood so when they are adults their health and eating habits are already ingrained into them. Learning and implementing items into your life is much easier as a child than as an adult."
